Who are Rising Talent?
People from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh who already have basic e-commerce skills. Every one of them verifies their phone and ID and passes a RiseLancer skill check before they can apply.
How does the 45-day Starter Program work?
Days 1–7 are a free trial so both sides can check the fit. From day 8 the client pays the agreed rate: per task, per week or per month, never less than $20. On day 45 the client hires on a paid contract, extends once, or completes the program with a verified review.
Is RiseLancer free to join?
Yes, for clients and for Rising Talent. RiseLancer keeps 10% of what Rising Talent earn, and clients pay a small 5% fee (3% on hired contracts).
How are payments made?
Clients pay RiseLancer weekly in advance (during the pilot by Payoneer or Wise). We hold the money and release it 3 days after each week ends. Rising Talent are paid every Monday by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank once their balance is $10 or more.
Do I need experience to join as Rising Talent?
You need the basics. Pick your skills and pass a short skill check (10 questions). The Starter Program then gives you real client work and a verified review.
Can we talk on WhatsApp or pay outside RiseLancer?
No. All chats and payments stay on RiseLancer. That's what protects your payments and your reviews. Phone numbers, emails and contact links are hidden automatically, and repeated attempts lead to suspension.
